Elizabeth M. Facey, Esq. has worked at Estate Planning law firms in Massachusetts since 2012, joining Kristine Romano Law in July 2024. As an Associate Attorney for the Trusts and Estates team, Liz facilitates estate and trust administrations, tax planning, and asset management. She is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Her role includes preparing prenuptial agreements, estate planning documents, obtaining values of estate assets and debts, drafting and filing probate documents with the Massachusetts Probate Courts and Rhode Island Probate Courts, managing probate dockets, and assisting with preparation of other documents related to estate and trust administration.

Liz earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2023 while working full-time. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College in 2017. She’s actively involved in the legal community with memberships at the Boston Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. Liz resides in Holliston, Massachusetts with her daughter, Audrina. Some of her favorite things to do are hiking, reading, baking, painting, and traveling.
